My name is Pat Ford and I run a karaoke business in western Sydney called Pat's Karaoke Country.

When first starting this business 3 years ago I wanted a company/business that I could trust and feel safe dealing with as I was only new into the industry.

A friend of mine had recommended Digikar Soulutions in Brisbane, after speaking with Paul Robinson at length i realised that his company was the one for me, not only do I buy my merchandise from them, all my Karaoke music is downloaded from his company.  I have been doing this for the past 3 years, and I always use my credit card for downloads and have never once had a problem with how he conducts his privacy regarding using credit cards to download music. When ever I have had any problems with anything with my business, I simply give Paul a call or his staff which let me tell you go out of there way to help me as much as they can.

I actually consider Paul and his staff friends rather than business colleagues simply for the way they conduct their business.

I sleep very well at nights knowing I have the best music in Sydney.  I would thoroughly recommend Digikar Solutions to anyone out there with a similar sort of business weather it would be a DJ or Karaoke operator or you just simply need great quality sound equipment or great quality music or to anyone thinking of starting a business, I have spoken to alot of other Karaoke operators who wish they had of gone with Digikar Solutions.

Paul and his staff have assisted us with continued guidance upon purchasing a karaoke system,  PAS300 Yamaha speakers and downloading songs from the Sunfly library.  As 'green' newcomers to the industry, the support and service we have received has been greatly appreciated and we are very pleased with our whole system.  Of late we have found more 60's and onwards tunes available on Sunfly which has boosted our USB download library. Many thanks for the excellent guidance.

Over 25 years I've always acquired lots of Karaoke & musical gear
As an older guy nowadays ......I'm not that good with computers.

2 years ago I  decided to go digital onto my laptop: after many  discs were damaged by drink spilling over them ( not from me !!).  I think  karaoke digital songs downloaded is way of the future .

Paul Robinson the principal guided me thru every step  with emails & when I was confused he promptly returned my phone calls .  Recently a few months ago .....my laptop was  badly damaged & again Paul was there to assist getting everything up & running onto my new computer with windows 7.

Its great to have a real person that owns the business ready to help.

During a trip from Perth to Brisbane recently I visited his business premises to thank him personally &  I might add was particularly impressed with the office & modern facilties.

I absolutely have no hesitation to recommend him to my friends & fellow musicians that require first class service from a true professional.
