Where can I purchase a DigiKard (Gift Card) which I can use online or give as a gift? Our gift cards are available from our Geebung showroom or from Captial Karaoke in Maroochydore.
How do I use my gift card to purchase tracks or albums?
On the checkout screen you will notice a field to enter your unique 16 digit number (hidden under the scratch panel). Simply enter the number and click on Redeem. You will still need to select a secondary payment method - i.e. Credit Card or Direct Deposit but this is only used if the order total is higher than the value of the gift card. Any remaining credit will be applied as store credit.
How long is the gift card valid for? Your gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. However the card only has to be redeemed once and remaining store credit will never expire.
